the reception staff were helpful. the room was a decent size for two people.
the room decor seemed great at first. closer inspection revealed wear and tear. the toilet lighting was very dim though only a blue light existed.

The location was convenient for accessing public transport. Several restaurants were close. I found complimentary water in the lobby a nice touch. The room had a unique design. It felt well-thought-out.
The room was smaller than I anticipated. The photos online created a different expectation. I could hear noise from other rooms. The sound insulation needs improvement. The bathroom setup lacked privacy, without dividing walls.

the front desk staff were very helpful. my room included bedside cupboards that gave me ample room for my belongings. a safe was an added bonus.
